Wow - I was able to drag most from the deep recesses of med-school days:

-Blueberry muffin baby - ?
-peau d'orange - skin changes associated with breast CA
-pea soup - vomitus
-chocolate cyst - ovarian cyst with old blood
-strawberry cervix - ?
-strawberry tongue - Kawasaki's disease
-cayenne pepper spots - petechiae (?)
-cherry red spots - macular disease seen with CO toxicity
-coffee ground emesis - blood in stomach/ulcer
-honeycomb lung - ?
-tapioca vesicles - ?
-tea colored (coca-cola) urine - multiple causes, usually liver disease
-maple syrup urine - metabolic disease
-red currant jelly stool - intussusception

What about bread and butter pericarditis and cauliflower ear?

Thanks for a fun post! (I came by from Grand Rounds with Dr. Wes)

Hmm...

Blueberry - maybe congenital rubella? We learned it last semester but I can't remember...

Chocolate cyst - type of ovarian cyst

Coffee ground - results from bleeding within the stomach (usually bleeding ulcer I think)

Maple syrup - used to know this, now can't remember.

Can't wait to find out the rest!

Isn't pea soup used in reference to meconium?

How about grape cluster?

Okay, I will end the suspense.

Blueberry muffin baby-> Congenital rubella (yay, xavier!). Meningococcemia would also have fit the bill.

Peau d'orange->skin changes associated with breast Ca (congrats, Artemis)

Pea soup-> I was thinking of thick meconium. Had not heard of pea soup vomitus before but I can see how it would be an adept description.

Chocolate cyst-> endometrioma (just like a few of you said).

Strawberry cervix-> trichomonas.

Strawberry tongue-> Kawasaki's, indeed, artemis.

Cayenne pepper spots-> Campbell de Morgan spots (also known as cherry angiomas).

Cherry red spots->macular disease. Right on, artemis.

Coffee ground emesis-> UGIB, as pointed out by several folks.

Honeycomb lung-> fibrosing alveolitis.

Tapioca vesicles-> dyshidrotic eczema.

Tea-coloured urine-> I was thinking of dark urine associated with blockage of the bile ducts, but a number of answers could apply here.

Maple syrup urine-> yup, maple syrup urine disease, Katie.

Red currant jelly stool-> intussusception. Classic triad of red currant jelly stool, paroxysmal crampy abdominal pain, and sausage shaped mass in the abdomen.

Whew. Thanks to everyone who added their own contributions too!
